How Much Do You Charge

• $440 the first hour
• Note: Photographer arrives 1 hour prior to the advertised start time
• This includes up to 11 persons
• Sessions are 5 min. per person
• Each person is photographed in sequence

What happens if all 11 persons cannot attend during the first hour?

• You simply pay $40 for another block hour and
• $25 per person**
• The new block hour can serve up to 11 people with 5 min. sessions

Can you provide an example of how extra hours are calculated?

What happens if we need a 3 hr. window in order to accommodate 11 people?

• You would simply do the following:
• Purchase 2 more block hours at $40 per block = $80
• This will provide a total of 3 hrs. of coverage
• The 1st hour plus the additional 2 hrs.
• Then, each person available for the additional 2 blocks, would be photographed at $25 per person**

Note: You have just purchased up to 22 extra slots for the 2 hour blocks.

What if we only desire environmental portraits

• The standard billing rates will apply
• $450 the first hour
• Includes up to 11 sessions photographed consecutively
• This includes One location

What if we desire to change locations during a session

• You may purchase additional locations at $40 set-up fee per location
• The re-setup can take up to 20 minutes of time
• This will leave 30 minutes of photography following the change of location
• This will enable shooting 6 subjects until the next block of 1 hour billing occurs.
• Additional block hours are billed at $ 40 per block hour and $25 per session. **
